The brilliant trick that will change the way you cook pork ribs!
Ingredients:
pork ribs: 800 g (28 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 2 MIN
butter: 20 g (0.7 oz)
vegetable oil: 25 ml (0.8 fl oz)
flour: 150 g (5.3 oz)
onion: 4 pc
black pepper: 4 g (0.1 oz)
sweet paprika: 4 g (0.1 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
herbs of Provence: 5 g (0.2 oz)
thyme: 10 g (0.4 oz)
beer: 300 ml (10 fl oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 20 MIN
tomato sauce: 80 g (2.8 oz)
scallions: 25 g (0.9 oz)
OVER MEDIUM FIRE: 20 MIN
The salad:
cabbage: 200 g (7.1 oz)
red cabbage: 200 g (7.1 oz)
canned corn: 70 g (2.5 oz)
carrot: 1 pc
red bell pepper: 1 pc
scallions: 25 g (0.9 oz)
mayonnaise: 80 g (2.8 oz)
milk: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
lemon juice: 15 ml (0.5 fl oz)
vinegar: 5 ml (0.2 fl oz)

Nobody cooks pork ribs in the pan like my husband! The onion is the secret!
Ingredients:
pork ribs - 800 g (28.2 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
thyme - 15 g (½ oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
Cook over low fire for 15 min
onion - 400 g (14 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
smoked paprika - 10 g (0.35 oz)
herbs of Provence - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Cook over low fire with lid for 35 min
mashed potatoes - 350 g (12.35 oz)

Zarte und saftige Ribs in knapp 3 Stunden - das klappt! Wir zeigen euch heute eine Methode, die genau das garantiert!
Die Ribs werden bei 180-200 Grad für 2 Stunden geräuchert, eine Wasserschale (optional: Fruchtsaft) hilft dabei, dass sie nicht austrocknen! Nach zwei Stunden werden die Ribs mit Soße bestrichen und für weitere 45-60 Minuten im Smoker gelassen, bis sie richtig angezogen und herrlich karamelisiert ist! Dabei sollte die Temperatur nicht über 140 Grad gehen!
