6. දෙහි ගෙඩියක යුෂ
7. විනාකිරි මේස හැඳි 2
8. කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්
9.BBQ Seasoning powder මේස හැඳි 2
( මෙම විශේෂ කුළුබඩු මිශ්‍රණය පහලින් අරගන්න 👇 )

සීසන් වෙන්න BBQ සෝස් එකෙන් මේස හැඳි 4ක් 5ක් දාන්නත් පුළුවන්. එතකොට තවත් රසයි.

1. ලොකු ලූනු ගෙඩියක් පුළුවන් තරම් චූටියට කපා ගන්න.

We woke up at 3:30am for this video. Worth it? Absolutely. Today we headed to Dallas, Texas where we visited a BBQ spot that's only opened three days a week. They sell out of EVERYTHING, then do it again the following week. Lines form all the way around their building just to get even a small taste of what they've got going on...but we got to try it all.

Brisket is commonly known as the most difficult item to perfect in BBQ. It’s made up of two different muscles and takes over 10 hours to cook - there’s a lot of things that can go wrong. As such, I’m always looking for ways to make them better. In this experiment I marinated the brisket for over two weeks, and the result was… interesting to say the least!

Hundreds of pounds of brisket, ribs, sausages, and turkey are smoked at this somewhat hidden spot in Kennedale, Texas. Long lines start piling up 5 hours before the place even opens. People come from all across the country just to try their food, especially their house-baked bread (which is unheard of in Texas). I had the honor of shooting with the team at Goldee's BBQ, and it was an unforgettable experience (:

These 3 easy barbecue marinade recipes will make your barbecue nights the BEST! I have made Vegetarian Barbecues with the 3 of my best veg barbecue marinades.

Agar aapko bhi aaj shaam k dinner main BBQ banana ho, toh ye Barbeque marinade zarur try kijiye aur aapka favourite Barbeque paneer ghar pe banaye. Learn how to marinate vegetables and Paneer, make Paneer tikka barbecue at home/Tandoori vegetables at home. So, marination for barbecue goes like this:

0:08 How to make a sweet and spicy marinade?
This marinade is sweet, spicy, tangy, and YUMMY. If you ask me, this is my go-to marinade for barbecue at home. Do give it a try at home!

Ingredients:
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp (or 1/2 tbsp vinegar)
honey- 2 tbsp
crushed garlic - 6-7 cloves
red chilli powder- 2 tsp (or more)
oil - 1 tsp (optional)
soya sauce- 1.5 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp

0:48 How to make a curd or yogurt marinade?
This is our curd based marinade, usually loved with barbecued paneer. It is spicy yet a little sour due to the curd. It will transport you to paneer-tikka heaven!

Ingredients:
curd- 1/2 cup (8 tbsp)
salt - 1 tsp
oregano/mixed herbs - 2 tsp
corriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp (or more)
black pepper- 1 tsp
cumin/jeera powder - 1 tsp
garlic paste - 2 tsp

1:23 How to make a marinade to make the barbecue crispy?
This is the marinade that will coat your barbecued vegetables very well due to the addition of flour, and make it a little crispier

Ingredients:
marinade 2 as base - 3 to 4 tbsp
rice flour - 2 tbsp
gram flour/chana ka atta- 2 tbsp
add spices if necessary (corriander, chilli, salt etc)
curd - to lighten the consistency if needed

Add the vegetables and paneer in the marinade and let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes. Here we are barbecuing : onions, tomatoes, capsicum, half cookedd potatoes, paneer etc

1:54 Flour coated BBQ

After the veggies get marinated well, prepare the skewers. meanwhile preheat your OTG or your skillet (if you are using a gas stove) for 10 minutes at 180 degrees or medium flame.

2:32 Skewers ready

Place the skewers in the OTG in grill mode (the top coil running) for about 6-7 minutes (till it gets a litte charredd), re-apply the marinades on the vegetables and turn sides. Let it cook for about 5 more minutes.
OTG temperature: 180-200 degrees

2:46 BBQ Sweet and spicy!
Make sure to re-apply the marinade after a few minutes of cooking as this is very thin in consistency, doesn't stick as much. But it will taste amazing if you re-coat the bbq mid-way!
