Nagorno-Karabakh not under blockade, Azerbaijani official insists | DW News

In an exclusive DW interview, Elchin Amirbayov, representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for special assignments, criticizes "propaganda" by "hardline separatists" in Nagorno-Karabakh, saying the "separatists" there knowingly reject alternative supply routes offered by Azerbaijan, and insisting that there is "limited access," but no blockade of the Lachin corridor to Armenia.
