So Ava Max just dropped her brand new song "My Oh My" and people have noticed that it sounds quite familiar.

This is because My Oh My actually uses a century old melody, named the "Arabian Riff" melody, that has been used in over 100 other songs! But today we're going to look at 6 examples.

The first song is Kesha's 2010 hit Take It Off, which uses the melody in the chorus. The second song is Music To Watch Boys To by Lana Del Rey which uses the melody as an instrumental riff. The third song is Ashnikko's tantrum which uses the melody as a bassline and chorus melody. The fourth song is actually a K-Pop song, Momoland's "I'm So Hot", but it gets more interesting from here, because the fifth song is actually a song from the children's tv show The Backyardigans! It still gets crazier from here because the final song is a theme from the video game Plants vs Zombies!

Thank you Earthfueled for the animations and helping with the edit!
