Ukraine war: Cyberattack in Crimea after Black Sea fleet HQ hit

Crimea has been struck by an "unprecedented" cyberattack in the wake of a missile strike on the Black Sea fleet headquarters in Sevastopol, according to an official.

The outage has not been verified and it is not clear what could have caused it.
