Euro 2016 champions Portugal play Turkey in the second match for both teams in Group F of UEFA Euro 2024. Turkey are currently top of Group F after beating Georgia 3-1 in their opening match, while Portugal are second in the group after a 2-1 victory over Czechia.. Both picked up three points in their opening matches. Turkey comprehensively beat Georgia 3-1, and Portugal came from behind to overcome Czechia 2-1. Turkey will enjoy huge backing in Dortmund and the fans are most excited to see more of 19-year-old Real Madrid attacker Arda Guler, who starred in the victory over Georgia and scored one of the goals of the tournament so far. Portugal also have much promising young talent, but most eyes will be on 39-year-old captain Cristiano Ronaldo, who is appearing in his sixth European Championship and will look to add to his record 14 goals in the Euros.
