Did You Know In BOJACK HORSEMAN…
That a famous star of rock and roll lent his voice to the show for a cameo appearance in one episode? The popular cartoon show Bojack Horseman has attracted some famous voice actors during its time on the air. But perhaps the most famous of all of these was former The Beatles star, Sir Paul McCartney. Sir Paul’s voice can be heard emanating from inside a cake. According to casting director Linda Lamontagne, acquiring the former Beatle to lend his voice in the show took some “tenacity” and Bob Waksburg, the show’s creator, didn’t know McCartney agreed to the role until five minutes before he was due to record his lines in New York. According to Waksburg, the plan was to have Kevin Bigley impersonate Michael Buble if McCartney turned down the role.
