Azerbaijan claims full control: Ethnic Armenian leaders agree to disarm

After 24 hours of fighting, Azerbaijan says it has regained control of the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh after ethnic Armenian separatists agreed to lay down their arms and disband.
Both sides have agreed to meet on Thursday to start talks over the reintegration of the region into Azerbaijan.
