Armenia “Willing” To Resolve Disputes With Azerbaijan After Russia’s Wrath Over “Offensive Remarks”
Armenia said it was willing to resolve disputes with Azerbaijan over the region of Nagorno-Karabakh. Yerevan’s statement followed Moscow summoning the Armenian ambassador to present a protest about what it said were "unfriendly steps" in the South Caucasus. Armenia said it was committed to the settlement of all outstanding issues with Azerbaijan purely through “political and diplomatic means”. However, the statement by Armenia’s foreign ministry did not make any reference to the Russian complaints.
